In der Vergangenheit, also bis 1288, sah der Zachel wohl so aus.
Die Bäume waren noch da. Die Mühle arbeitete auf Hochtouren.

In the old times, that means until 1288, the Zachel might have looked like that.
The forest and the trees were still there. And the mill worked very hard.

(At the Zachel!)
Here was standing the court. Dreamy and isolated,
Yes, barely touched by the big stream of the time.
You should like to say HOME to this piece of earth,
Where your ancestors plew grooves with the horse.
Basicaly there was fertile, sappy pasture:
Today here is growing the cereals.
The court is not longer to found.-
The men are surely expeled;
Still there is the brook, which propeled the mill once.
It wrote history as well
about the rich court; of the Sagels genus
only the millstone is shown onto the rights.
Maybe that once when my time has passed away,
my grandson will drive a ploughshare here
and than with the same proudness think about Sagels forfathers.
